Excitement is building in Henderson NV as the newest master plan, Cadence, begins to take shape. The first eleven acres of a 50-acre central park are complete with a pond, greenspace and playground; and two builders have opened their model homes. Cadence is east of Lake Mead Parkway and Warm Springs Road, adjacent to the guard-gated golf course community of Tuscany, and minutes from Lake Las Vegas.

At its completion, the 2200-acre Cadence master plan will have over 13,000 homes; a 50-acre central park and 100-acre sports park; a gated active-adult neighborhood with a 17,000 square foot community center; and three elementary schools and one middle school. The Cadence Bike Share Program will give residents and guests access to bikes to enjoy Henderson’s desert climate and get some exercise.
